What if my credit card/payment method declines?

We'll attempt to charge payment for your in stock items three times over the course of two weeks. You will receive an email within 24 hours of each unsuccessful payment attempt with additional details.

To update your payment method, please follow the steps below:
1.            View “Your Account” www.entertainmentearth.com/Account.
2.            Select “Order History” https://www.entertainmentearth.com/account/orders.
3.            Select the Order Number you wish to update.
4.            Under “Payment,” select “Edit.”
5.            From here, you may add another Payment Method or select an existing Payment Method.
6.            Once you’ve chosen your new Payment Method, select “Update.”
